7R DMPS GEL is basically a silicone DIMETHYLPOLYSILOXANE.
with Phenyl passing and mixture of POLYISOBUTANE gel which is not a grease
really but is being used for the LIFE enhancement of rubber.
TO BE COATED ON THE INNER AND OUTER OF THE SEAL DOES NOT LET THE INNER
RUBBER OF THE SEAL HARDEN AND GROVE THE SHAFT
7R DMPS GEL
This is a state of art product for developed for coating of O rings Seals made of EPDM/Viton etc to give a temperature and load bearing coating and 100%prevention from acids in oil which corrode the seals and start leakages in Gearboxes.
This gel can take loads up to 1 lakh Psi and temp capability of almost 275c.This Gel structure is designed to work for 24 hours at 275c and has a shelf life of 18 months.
